Our Story
Founded in 2019, Royal Pavement Solutions was built on a foundation of experience, passion, and a deep respect for how the asphalt industry plays a key role in serving local communities, maintaining their infrastructure, and building lasting relationships with our customers.
Our founder, Kenny Roy, grew up immersed in the trade, learned the craft from the ground up in his family’s asphalt paving business. From summers spent in the field to leading a paving company that sets industry standards today, his journey has given him a unique perspective on what it takes to deliver an unparalleled experience.
Nationally, he channels that expertise into redefining the limits of how the commercial pavement maintenance industry can operate, and has risen as a leader while serving on the Pavement Education Advisory Board for PAVE/X the only industry trade show for pavement maintenance professionals in the country.

Our founder, Kenny, was born into the asphalt industry, and from a young age he learned the ins-and-out’s of the job while working at his family’s company. He spent many summers in the field, learning first-hand what it takes to be a leader, long before he would start Royal Pavement Solutions.
Today, he is on a mission to redefine what a commercial asphalt company can be and what it can accomplish for its community. As part of that mission, he sits on the Pavement Education Advisory Board for the industry’s premier tradeshow PAVE/X, which focuses on teaching other asphalt companies best practices.
