I’m the President of Royal Pavement Solutions. I set the direction of the company and push it toward a clear, evolving vision while building a team that can actually perform at a high level.

I move fast and think a few steps ahead. Whether it’s a decision, a deal, or how we’re operating, I break it down, work through how it plays out, and then act. I stay close to the team, communicate directly, and stay hands-on in the work while building something bigger. If something isn’t working, I address it directly and adjust quickly so we keep moving forward. You’ll get honest, transparent communication and someone whose words and actions stay aligned.

I hold a high standard. If we’re doing something, we’re doing it right. I don’t let things drift or settle. I care deeply about what we’re building. That shows in how I lead and the standard I hold. I’m always looking at how we can improve and not settle for average.

Outside of work, I spend my time with my family, teaching my kids about life, and staying competitive through anything that challenges how I think. I’m also a big sports fan, especially the Yankees.
