I build relationships, understand the problem, and guide projects the right way from start to finish.

I’m the Vice President at Royal Pavement Solutions. I work closely with commercial clients to solve pavement challenges and guide projects from the first conversation through execution. I collaborate across the company to build solutions that are clear, practical, and easy to understand.

I’m at my best in the field, having real conversations, building relationships, and successfully completing projects. I focus on understanding people first, then solving the problem in front of them. I’m able to connect with just about anyone, which helps build trust and keep things moving in the right direction. If something isn’t clear or doesn’t feel right, I slow it down, talk it through, and make sure we land on the right solution. You’ll get transparency, active listening, and someone who takes the time to make sure you feel heard and taken care of.

Respect drives how I show up. I approach every situation with the intent to help, bringing positive energy and a genuine interest in the people I work with.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and being around animals. I have a dog, a leopard gecko, a goldfish pond, and even a fish tank in my office. I enjoy the connection to nature and the way it brings me closer to my kids.
