I keep things moving, catch problems early and make sure the details are handled the right way.
I’m the General Manager at Royal Pavement Solutions. My role changes day to day based on what the business and our customers need. Some days I’m estimating, some days I’m scheduling crews or working with vendors and other days I’m in the field making sure jobs are getting done the right way. Most of the time it’s a mix.
Most days I’m balancing a lot at once and keeping things moving so jobs stay on track. I stay on the details and make sure expectations are clear so nothing gets missed. If something feels off in a scope or schedule I address it early and keep things aligned so the job runs the way it should. I’m always available when something comes up. You’ll get quick communication, consistency and someone who treats your project like it’s his own.
Service drives how I operate. No job is too big or too small and I hold a standard that pushes our team to execute at a high level.
Outside of work I enjoy finding new places to eat, trying different ice cream spots with my family and getting out to parks or breweries. I also spend a lot of time listening to music, whether it’s finding new artists or going back to albums I’ve always liked.
