I’m the Office Manager at Royal Pavement Solutions. I manage daily priorities, handle inbound leads, and keep our internal processes organized and moving. I’m often the first point of contact, and I make sure customers get connected quickly and taken care of without delay. I’m involved across different areas of the company, helping keep everything aligned and moving.

I move fast and stay detail-focused. I’m always looking for ways to make things cleaner and more efficient. If something can be improved, I step back, look at the bigger picture, build a better system, and make sure it actually works across the team. If a lead comes in, it gets a real response right away, no delays and nothing sitting untouched. You’ll get quick responses, reliability, and someone who follows through.

Service shows up in how I respond. There’s no off switch. If something comes in, I’m on it. Nothing sits and nothing gets ignored.

Outside of work, I spend time with my son and also enjoy designing and creating custom rugs.
