Finance Manager

I keep the numbers right, stay on top of the details, and make sure nothing slows the team down.

I’m the Finance Manager at Royal Pavement Solutions. I handle the day-to-day finances, including AP/AR, payroll, taxes, and reporting. I also support HR, record keeping, vendor coordination, purchase orders, work order processing, and help manage scheduling for the sweeping and porter division to keep everything organized and running smoothly.

I stay locked in on accuracy, even when things get busy. I make sure the numbers tie out, systems stay organized, and nothing gets missed. If something doesn’t match or feels off, I stop and work through it until it’s right. If something is holding someone up, I make it a priority and get it handled so the rest of the team can keep moving. I take things personally and adjust my time as needed to make sure everything gets done quickly and the right way. You’ll get quick responses and follow-through so nothing stalls.

Respect drives how I work across the board, from managing finances to supporting the team and working with customers. I focus on being reliable, available, and someone others can count on.

Outside of work, I spend time with my family, my four dogs, and keep life simple and relaxed.
