I keep the equipment ready, catch problems early, and make sure things get fixed the right way.

I’m the Fleet Manager at Royal Pavement Solutions. I’m responsible for making sure all the equipment is ready to go and up to date on service and repairs so the jobs can run smoothly.

I’m very hands-on with everything. I’m constantly going through equipment, checking tires, looking for leaks, and trying to catch anything before it turns into a bigger issue. I’d rather handle it early than deal with breakdowns later. If something breaks or keeps coming up, I dig into it and make sure it’s fixed the right way, not just patched up. If I have the tools and it needs to get done, I’m going to get it done.

I stay on top of things and make sure the equipment is where it needs to be and running the way it should so the crews can keep moving. I’m not the type to sit back. If the field needs help, I step in.

Outside of work, I enjoy anything hands-on, riding motorcycles, working on home improvements, learning new skills, and spending time with my family.
