I take ownership of the job, keep it on track, and make sure it gets done the right way.

I’m a Project Manager at Royal Pavement Solutions, and I take full ownership of projects from kickoff through completion. I handle scheduling, work closely with account managers and field crews, and stay on top of the logistics so jobs stay organized, on track, and done the right way.

I stay ahead of things and keep communication clear so issues don’t turn into bigger problems. I slow projects down upfront, get everyone involved early, and eliminate gray areas so the job runs clean. I’m involved in both the operation and the customer experience, making sure expectations are set early and carried all the way through. If something starts to drift, I pull it back in before it affects the job. You’ll get responsiveness, follow-through, and someone who stays engaged from start to finish.

I do things the right way and build long-term relationships through consistency and transparency.

Outside of work, I focus on personal growth and spend time on the water fishing.
